ZipAZap.com is India's largest interactive online TV Guide. We provide you with schedules and program details for over 300 Indian TV Channels, for at least 7 days in advance so that you can plan your TV viewing properly. What's more, these details are updated daily just so that you have the latest, most accurate program details to go by.
What are the unique features of ZipAZap?
Multiple, smart search options allow you to search for the program you are looking for quickly and easily, using program name, actors or even keywords. And having found them, you can even set 'reminders' for the programs you don't want to miss. We will remind you in time to ensure you don't forget to watch them; by e-mail or through SMS*.
On what platform is ZipAZap.com currently available?
It is available on the internet and on WAP enabled mobile platforms.
Do I need to pay to use zipazap.com?
Membership to www.zipazap.com is FREE. All you need to do is provide ur email ID and you are ready to go.Do you provide schedule for international channels as well?
Although www.zipazap.com's primary focus is providing up-to-date schedules for Indian channels, it does provide schedules for a few international channels as well. - Step 2 - Customize your list of channels
You can customize your list of channels so that you don't have to unnecessarily view listing of those channels which you don't watch anyways. You can do so by going to the Settings tab, and then clicking on the Add/change channels option to edit, add or delete channels from your list. - Step 3 - Arrange your selected channels in a sequence of your preference
Yes, you can arrange the channels in the sequence of your choice. Under the Settings tab, click on Channel Order to determine the order in which you want your channels to be listed. - Step 4 - Set up some smart searches to track your favourite programs & actors
You can set up multiple 'smart searches' on zipazap.com to locate any programs or actors of interest to you. To set up a smart search, click on Settings tab, and then click on Add/change smart search markers. Now, you can choose the keyword and name the smart search.
The programs tracked by your smart searches are displayed under the Your Favourites tab.

How can I search listings by name of an actor?
Click on the Advanced Search tab. You can then search for a programme, episode, actor or even new episode using this powerful search option. All you have to do is click on advanced search and specify what needs to be searched.
You can ask the entire program information to be searched or just the program name. For eg- if you want to search what Antonio Banderas movies are going to be on TV, all you have to do is type his name and ask the entire program to be searched. & voila, you will have all Antonio Banderas movies listed along with their timings and descriptions.
How can I see which of my earmarked programs (favourites/reminders) are showing today?
You can click on the Your Favourites tab to view which of your earmarked programs are showing during the same day.
How do I set Reminders?
Reminders allow you to get an e-mail or SMS notification when a programme is about to start. Zipazap.com allows you to set unlimited SMS reminders. To set a reminder, simply click on the envelope icon (for email reminder) or mobile phone icon (for SMS reminder) which is present next to all program listings. You can change, edit or delete these reminders by clicking on the Email/SMS Reminders tab.
What is the use of the 'Quick Search' option?
Quickly find programs using one-click search. Just click on the Quick Search tab on the web-page to search programs sorted by genre.
How can I find out more details on a particular programme?
Just click on the programme name and its description, show times, channel and star cast will appear. You can then set a reminder for the program, mark it as 'favourite', email it to a friend or check for more details on the internet.
What is the procedure to set My Favourites?
Favourite programme can help you instantly find, on any channel at any time, those programme you find interesting, such as Frasier or Horizon.
Just click on the heart-shaped icon next to all program listings to set as favourite. You can change, edit or delete these favourites by going to the Settings tab.
How do I use the ZipAZap library?
The ZipAZap Library is a comprehensive collection of information on all programs on TV.
When you are looking for information on a program through the Advanced Search option, you can access the zipazap library for further details on the program and its episodes. You can also access it directly at library.zipazap.com.
How can I color-code my multi-channel grid by genre?
You can specify the colors used for different programme genres on the Multi-Channel Grid. Go to Settings and then click on Multi-Channel Grid Colouring. Here you can color-code your multi-channel grid view by genre; thereby making navigation easier.
